1. Agreement
These terms govern use of SchoolSportsHub365, the platform Surrey Schools FA uses to run schools football across Surrey. By using the platform you agree to them on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of your school, district or organisation.
2. Accounts and access
Administrator access is invitation-only. Keep your sign-in details secure and ensure only authorised people use your account; you are responsible for actions taken under it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or use the platform in a way that disrupts it for others. Public forms are rate limited and abuse may be blocked.
4. Data responsibility
You confirm that personal data you enter is lawful to process and that you hold any permissions required — in particular for district staff records and any player information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the school, district and trial data you submit.
5. Safeguarding
Volunteer enquiries submitted through this site are expressions of interest only. Districts remain responsible for their own safeguarding checks, including DBS, before anyone works with children. Listing a volunteer in the platform is not a vetting decision.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, change or retire features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end access for serious breaches, abuse or unlawful activity. You may stop using the platform at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
